Requirements:

• Certification: Must hold a valid Michigan CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification.
• Safety: Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• Background: Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening.
• Driving: Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record (MVR).
• Character: Must have strong moral character and a genuine heart for service.
