For over nine years, Rachel served on the front lines as a caregiver, witnessing heartbreaking, systemic shortcomings across the industry. Time and again, she saw the devastating results of inadequate screening: neglect, inappropriate behavior in clients' homes, and an industry culture that chronically underpaid and undervalued the caregivers themselves.
This crisis in care is deeply personal. Rachel experienced the ultimate cost of these industry failures when her beloved grandmother passed away due to neglect in a nursing home. That tragedy ignited an unyielding passion to build a non-medical caregiving agency unlike any other—one defined by an uncompromising standard of extreme excellence, safety, and heartfelt empathy.

Our Caregiving Standards
- Professional Certification: All caregivers must hold a valid State of Michigan CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification.
- Life-Saving Skills: Current certification in CPR and First Aid is mandatory for all staff.
- Extreme Vetting: Each caregiver must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and a drug screening.
- Moral Integrity: We select individuals with a proven track record of high moral standards, empathy, and a commitment to Christian values.
- Ongoing Training: Our team participates in continuous education to stay updated on the best practices for senior safety and non-medical support.
